I came to photography from engineering — a career spent building systems, and a habit of knowing exactly what every variable does before the moment arrives. That discipline transfers directly: preparation, repeatable process, and a plan for the light before it happens.
I've been shooting since June 2023, all of it on a single camera — a deliberate constraint. Master one instrument completely, then spend your attention on the light instead of the gear.
